Your Personal Data – What is it?
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”). Identification can be made directly (e.g., by name, identification number, phone number, or email address) or indirectly (e.g., by factors specific to the individual’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity), or in combination with other information that is likely to come into the possession of the Data Controller.
For the purposes of this Statement, we distinguish between:
1. General Personal Data
“General Personal Data” refers to any data, whether true or not, relating to a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, from that data alone or from that data combined with other information which the Data Controller has or is likely to have access to.
